I travel quite a bit and have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, so I’ve had the chance to experience many hotels across the country. Without hesitation, I can say this Marriott has truly been the best. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Mia at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—she greeted me with such a pleasant and genuine attitude, which immediately set the tone for my entire stay. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes you feel so comfortable right away, and she really went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth for me. The breakfast team deserves recognition as well. The young lady working in the kitchen this morning was attentive, kind, and extremely helpful. She took the time to check in with guests, making sure everyone had what they needed. That kind of care doesn’t go unnoticed—it’s the small details and personal touches like that which make a hotel stand out above the rest. The level of professionalism, warmth, and dedication I’ve experienced here is unmatched. It’s clear that the staff at this Marriott truly care about their guests and take pride in the service they provide. After decades in the industry, I can confidently say this property sets the standard for what great hospitality should feel like. I’m already looking forward to my next stay. Thank you to the entire team for making this experience such a positive one

Nice spot but parking is limited otherwise a very nice hotel. Actually seemed more upscale than most Residence inn properties.

Fantastic hotel. The placement of the hotel near downtown without being in downtown is perfect. The only issue is that there is a fairly busy railroad crossing on 7th street just north of the hotel. It’s one of those lines with access to multiple spurs and customers. This means the trains often go back and forth. You could be sitting in traffic for hours trying to get out of, or into, the street that services this hotel. It may not be fair to count that against the business, but it could adversely affect any travelers on a tight schedule.

We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back when we are in the area. It was very clean, the staff were so sweet. The room was better than expected and the pool was so fun to dive into after the really nice breakfast they offer. Definitely recommend

Good, clean rooms, high ceilings, and the wonderful service that I expect from Marriott's Residence Inns. In spite of a set of train tracks nearby, the soundproofing was decent enough that we noticed the rumbling of the trains, but it wasn't noisy enough to prevent us from getting a good night's rest (including the light sleeper of our group). The soaps used by the cleaning staff didn't leave a scent, and the bar soap had a scent that faded quickly enough that it didn't bother me. Something that has become a pet peeve for me is that some hotels have quit providing a foldable luggage rack. While this one doesn't have any, there is a very good permanent spot for luggage in each of the closets, so I didn't miss the foldable racks at all. Overall, this hotel provided a good, memorable experience.

Good value residence inn but definitely on the older end — hotel is clearly aging, but that’s ok. My room didn’t feel the cleanest — lots of debris in the kitchen, but my bed was spotless, which matters most to me. The staff were super kind and helpful, and the location is great. Only issue is the train being right next door (if you’re a light sleeper it might bug you, but I’m not). Gym is above average for a hotel, and has a peloton! Would stay again!

I had an amazing 4 days in Fort Worth here at the Residence Inn! I've never been to Texas before, and the experience from this location was amazing! So much to walk to, from restaurants to grocery stores to museums. There's even a park with a nice duck pound right across the road. The room was very nice, I have no complaints. Front desk staff were all very friendly. Carl in particular was very accommodating and easy to talk to. If I'm ever back in the area, I will for sure be staying here again!

Like most chain hotels, there are going to be a few flaws you’re going to find no matter what. One of the grills on the patio deck doesn’t work. Sometimes the hot water in the shower takes a little figuring with the handle before you find out where it’s really hot and where it’s just lukewarm. Nothing is going to be perfect because you’re not paying for perfection. You’re paying for a clean, comfortable room and a fairly decent breakfast at a location that’s within walking distance to a ton of stuff Not to mention the staff there are some of the absolute best people anywhere. Always friendly and professional and they keep this place very clean. The breakfast is generally pretty good. It’s always available on time, the menu changes every day, and the breakfast attendant always keeps fresh product rolling through and there’s plenty of room in the dining area The beds are pretty darn comfortable and being able to cook your own meals in the rooms is a seriously great amenity.
